Return/Exchange Policy

                                                                             

ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF CTR DYNOSPORTS.

    Procedure to return/exchange merchandise to CTR DYNOSPORTS.

        a.  Request return authorization (Return Goods Authorization, RGA) for products/goods from a member of Management of CTR DYNOSPORTS.  ALL unauthorized returns/exchanges WILL BE REFUSED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

        b.  Obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number.

        c.  Return merchandise with the RGA Number prominently displayed on the package to the designated CTR DYNOSPORTS facility within 10 calender days of the authorization.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

        d.  Shipping MUST be pre- paid, unless otherwise instructed.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

        e.  Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise by CTR DYNOSPORTS, a credit will be issued by a member of Management.  ALL credits will be Store Credit Only.  NO CASH REFUNDS.

        f.  There are no Exchanges accepted, unless prior authorization is obtained from a member of CTR DYNOSPORTS Management.  It is your responsibility as the Consumer to determine the correct part and/or application prior to placing an order with CTRDYNOSPORTS.COM.  If you have questions regarding the correct part and/or application feel free to email us from our CONTACT page.  We will be happy to assist you in determining the correct part and/or application you want and/or require for your vehicle.
